ARENA Awarded the Best Magazine Cover

The November 2004 issue of Arena has been awarded the top place in Campaign's annual awards which rounds-up the key sectors of the media market.
Coinciding with the remake of the film Alfie, Arena's November issue featured the movie's star, Jude Law, photographed by David Bailey using the same pose and same camera he used to snap Michael Caine, the original film’s lead.
This accolade completes a fantastic year for Arena, which has seen sales rocket over 29% year-on-year in the Jan-Jun 2004 ABC figures, and overtake rival title, Esquire, in actively purchased copies.
The other titles which comprise the Emap East portfolio (Empire, Arena Homme+ & POP), were also placed in the top 10 Best Magazine Covers.
