BBC TV genealogist Nick Barratt fronts special issue for beginners

Future Publishing’s Your Family Treemagazine is celebrating the popular BBC TV family history series “Who Do You Think You Are?” with a special Christmas issue of the magazine that focuses on how to get started in tracing your family history.

Launched in 2003 Your Family Tree is the UK’s best magazine for genealogy – providing a practical and comprehensive guide to family history research and is targeted at anyone interested in tracing his or her ancestors.

With a recent Daily Telegraph report suggesting that there are now more than 4 million family-history enthusiasts in the UK and that genealogy is the third most popular pursuit on the internet, Your Family Tree is ideally placed to help turn initial interest generated by the popular BBC TV show into a hobby for thousands more.

The Christmas issue of the magazine is packed with information and features on how to get started in genealogy.
